Fabulous Bridal Card

Here is a great Bridal Shower or Wedding Card using the new set from the Occasions Mini called Love & Laughter.  The wedding dress was inked in Versamark and embossed with White Embossing Powder.  Basic Pearls were added to the waist, mine are slightly crooked :)  I included a close up this time around!

The layers were cut using the Big Shot with the Labels Collection Dies and a strip of embossed paper sits behind and yes, it was using the Snow Burst Embossing Folder, more uses than just for the holidays!  The greeting was stamped in Basic Gray from Loving Thoughts and then two flowers were punched from Silver Glimmer Paper (carried over from the Holiday Mini!) using the flower punch from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack, then pearls added to the middle.

We actually did this card at a shoebox swap, I added an extra layer and sponged the edges.  This is a great Demonstrator Event we do and Sale-a-bration is the perfect time to sign up to become a demo or purchase the starter kit, in addition to the sale, you will also get a free pack of designer paper each month, for the rest of the year!  Email today at hfosbery@gmail.com for more details on how to sing up plus there is an extra bonus from me!

Happy Stamping!  Heather

Bordering with Twitterpated

I am sorry I have been absent for a couple of weeks, I have been under the weather which can be a funny term because the weather lately has been a lot of sunshine!  Helps a bit!  Slowly getting into things so promise to post more often.

I wanted to share a very quick & easy card, if you don't have a Big Shot to cut out from the Labels Collection, not to worry, you could put anything there.  The designer paper is Twitterpated from the new Occasions Mini, love this paper, plus, all the new pleated ribbon matches very nicely!  Here I have used Baja Breeze as my background and Ribbon.  I added a little Twitterpated Designer Button with a glue dot (you get two different styles in two colours, Baja Breeze & Blushing Bride)  The greeting is from Petite Pairs, a great greeting set, has all the greetings you need plus you can use your Decorative Label Punch a different way to punch the messages out (will post something soon with that one!)

The flowers from "Bordering on Romance" were stamped in Basic Gray and then coloured with Baja Breeze, Pear Pizzazz and Blushing Bride.  Basic Rhinestones were added to the centers of the flowers and I know I should have taken a close up of this one but they are actually coloured blue!  All you need to do is colour our Basic Rhinestones with a Sharpie and you have a coloured Rhinestone, how cool is that?  I think pretty awesome.  You can also do this with our Basic Pearls.

Enjoy & Happy Stamping

Valentine Hearts

This is a quick & easy Valentine's Day Card.  I actually did this at a Shoebox Swap and loved the idea. These are always great events as you get great ideas and get to share as well, added perks to being a demonstrator!  With so many of us I am not sure who designed some of the cards but they all did a great job.  Purchase the Starter Kit & Sign up during Sale-a-bration and you also get an added bonus of picking a new Designer Paper Pack for the rest of the year!  Contact me today for more details.

This card uses the new Embosslits Die "Fashionable Hearts" from the Occasions Mini Catalogue.  The outside was embossed with the Framed Tulip Embossing Folder (which you can use in many ways)

If you don't have a Big Shot you could also use the Heart To Heart Punch or even use the "Small Heart" Punch outs.  I don't usually like Pink & Red together but Valentine's Day is definitely a time to mix it up.

I added the Real Red 1/8 inch Taffeta Ribbon and sponged the edges.  Some of the Hearts are popped up to add extra dimension and it is a perfect way to use up scraps of Designer Paper.  This card uses the Patterns Designer Series Paper Stacks in Brights & Subtles.  These are awesome Designer Paper Packages, you get a lot of bang for your buck.  The greeting is from "Petite Pairs" and stamped in Real Red Classic Ink.

Enjoy & Happy Stamping.  Heather
